I had a great experience with a minor repair for a scratch on my Corolla here. I want to give a special shout out to Karen for her honesty, courtesy, and kindness throughout the process. I went to several other body shops/collision centers in Atlanta (including both Toyota and non-Toyota) to get quotes and none of them walked me through the invoice and often added several additional fixes without walking through why those would be needed. Karen instead walked me through what each part of my repair would entail which helped me make the best choice for my needs. This helped me find the best price for the cost of my repair. She also provided me a realistic timeline for my repair and she was spot on. My car was with them for the expected amount of time and I was updated with any cost changes with specific reasons. Once my car was returned, it was in pristine condition. I would highly recommend this collision center for your needs with your Toyota car.

One star is a very good review compared to the horrible experience I had. Scrolling over the previous reviews, all the one star ones had the same name in common - Karen Stafford. She was the rep that oversaw my car repairs. I’ve had bad customer service experiences before, but this was by far the worst experience I ever had. Took almost a month to get my car back after daily conversations and calls where I pushed for my car to be ready. She was not only very unprofessional, but extremely rude and disrespectful. Lack of communication and transparency & simply no knowledge whatsoever about any questions I had. Kept adding supplement after supplement and when I asked her to send me the supplement documents, she said she can’t send it to me until the insurance approves it. I am the owner of the car and entitled to see any and all documents pertaining to my car as I request them. I should be able to be looped in at all times about the process of repairs without me pushing for it. The fact that she refused to send me a copy of the supplement documents is absolutely ridiculous. I asked her to give me an approximate pick up date several times after another supplement was magically submitt

Very disappointing experience at the Toyota Collision Center. Karen was handling my car service, and her attitude was extremely unfriendly. Every time I asked a simple question, she made a strange face while answering, as if I had done something wrong just for asking about my own car. Customer service should be respectful and helpful, but that was not my experience here. They kept my car for an entire month for repairs. When I finally went to pick it up, I could still clearly see a dent that was supposed to be fixed. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me I would have to leave my car again for another week to finish the job. Waiting a month and still not getting the repair done properly is unacceptable. This was a very frustrating experience, and unfortunately this will be my first and last time coming here.

Absolutely terrific experience with these folks. Cory Haynes was totally professional and very personable as well, and kept me informed by SMS throughout the process. The work itself was done spectacularly well...the car looks better than ever. I was a little skeptical about taking a Buick to a Toyota place but my insurance company recommended them highly, and now I do too.

I rarely write reviews but this experience absolutely needs to reach corporate leadership. From the moment I was assisted, I felt genuinely cared for, valued, and respected in a way that is becoming far too rare in customer service today. Karen who helped me demonstrated patience, empathy, professionalism, and an authentic desire to make sure I was taken care of not because it was their job, but because they truly cared. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Instead, I felt heard, supported, and appreciated as a customer. This level of service went far beyond expectations. It created trust, comfort, and loyalty to the brand. Employees like this are the reason customers return and recommend a company to others. Their work ethic, attitude, and customer-first mindset should absolutely be recognized by management. I strongly believe this employee deserves formal recognition and a raise. They are a true asset to the company and a shining example of what outstanding customer service should look like. Please take the time to acknowledge and reward this level of excellenceβ€”it matters, and it makes a lasting impact.
